INGREDIENTS

2 Pomegranates - Seeded

2 Cups Fresh Cherries (Leave Stems On)

4 Pears

1.5 Cups Brandy

4 Small Apples - A Variety in Colors is Best

3 Bottles Wine - 750ml

3 Cups Ginger Ale

1/4 Cup Chunks Fresh Ginger

1.5 Cups Simple Syrup

Ice to Taste

20 Cinnamon Sticks for Garnish

5 Limes for Garnish & Spritz

1 Large Serving Pitcher or Punch Bowl + Serving Spoon

DIRECTIONS

Chop the cherries, pear and apples into small, bite sized pieces. Soak chopped fruit (listed above) in brandy for at least 2 hours. Peel the ginger and thinly slice it. Measure to 1/4 cup (loosely placed in measuring cup)

Combine the soaked cherries, pear and apples in the pitcher or bowl and stir. Add pomegranate seeds, ginger chunks to pitcher. Stir. Add wine while stirring the fruit. Let sit for about an hour.

Just before serving, add the ginger ale and stir gently to distribute. Add a spritz of lime to each glass and garnish with a lime wheel or a cinnamon stick. Add ice as desired. (Makes 20 servings)
